Khope is short for something we believe in completely.
Most kindness happens quietly. A door held open a few seconds longer. A meal covered for someone who needed it that day. A stranger who simply noticed — and acted. These moments rarely get told, and almost never get remembered past the people they happened to.
Khope exists to change that. We built a living map where anyone can mark the place a small act of kindness happened, and tell the story behind it in their own words. Over time, that map becomes something bigger than any single act: a visible, growing record of people choosing each other, all over the world, all at once.
Some of those stories go further still — reimagined as short animated videos, so a moment that happened on one street corner can be felt by people who will never visit it.
How it started
Born into joy, I never realized we didn't have much because everything we had was easily given away or shared. We lived rich in friendships, good hard laughs, miraculous times, and experiences. There was no time for lack while focused on the gifts of us. I remain rich and driven to share that wonderful fortune.
It's already happening, constantly, mostly unseen. We're just building a place to see it.
You don't need a grand gesture. The map is built from small, real, human moments.
Telling a story about kindness is its own small act — it's how the next one gets inspired.
